Centered Riding instruction

Centered Riding helps horse and rider work in harmony and in a natural way. This is therefore the basis from which I teach. The rider is relaxed, conscious, centered and in balance. As a result of this your horse will be more consious, centered and balanced. A good starting point for both.

Happy Hudson

After a lunging lesson with Terri Hudson was feeling very happy! First going off to the left, his favourite side. After blowing of some steam I asked him to go to the right and he followed my suggestion.

Ottolina

When the world stopped and yet life just kept going….

Because of COVID-19 I can no longer give Centered Riding lessons, go for bodywork sessions for horses. Gathering people for demo’s with SURE FOOT pads to show and tell how horses love these and how they can benefit from them.

But because of the STAY AT HOME policy I have time to watch loads of interesting ZOOM chats, listen to podcast and watching videos of amazing horse people all over the world. The power of the internet to connect and share knowledge is so powerful. And when done with the digital I turn to my own books and reread them. Getting inspired all over again and eager to get back in touch with loads of horses and their owners.

At the moment I am reading: “Riding between the worlds”, expanding our potential through the way of the horse by Linda Kohanov.
