When your horse needs rehabilitation or training I can help you. There is a lot you can do but knowing when and what is sometimes difficult to determine. Looking and listening to your horse is very important and I can help you understand your horse better.

For Djarra I have found a new family in the Netherlands.

VIDEO Molly on SURE FOOT

This morning I had Molly on the SURE FOOT pads and made a little video about it.
Now Molly is/was a highly reactive horse, with lots of Thoroughbred blood. This means that when anything happened around her, noises or movement, she would react. Often her adrenaline would shoot up and she would need to move then. Read more »

Trailrunning, travelling alone

Since 2018 I also travel alone, barefoot and running. Discovering new trails and applying all I have learned to myself in a different way.

New years day: Race over the Glens

Best way to start the new year: Run the Glens in Glanariff Forest Park. A 6 mile trail in for me chalanging terrain (217 elevation meters). Best weather you can wish for and with totaly no expectation other then to really enjoy a day in the glens. Read more »
